Liability for contents
The contents of our web pages have been created with a great degree of care. However, we accept no liability for the contents being correct, complete and up-to-date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents on these web pages in line with § 7 para.1 German Broadcast Media Act (TMG). However, in line with §§ 8 to 10 of TMG, we are not obligated to monitor information communicated or saved by third parties, or to find out if it is unlawful in certain circumstances. Obligations to remove or cancel the usage of information in line with general law remains unaffected. However, liability of this kind is only possible after the time that this concrete infringement was known. We will remove contents that infringe the law without undue delay once they have been made known to us.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to the external websites of third parties. We have no influence over the contents of these sites. As such, we cannot accept any liability for this third party content. The provider or operator of the site is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages are checked for possible statutory violations at the time the links are made. Unlawful contents were not visible at the time the link was made. It is unreasonable to carry out permanent monitoring of the contents without any evidence of an infringement. We will remove links relating to websites that infringe the law without undue delay once they have been made known to us.
